Sunday Mornings

What to Expect on Sundays

We know that visiting a new church can be intimidating but we want you to feel welcome when you visit Woodhaven!

The church is located at the corner of Wilson Ave and 68th Street between Byron Center and Grandville, just south of M-6 using the Wilson Ave Exit.   We have a diverse group of people who worship with us from many surrounding communities including Byron Center, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, Cutlerville, Grand Rapids, Dorr, Zeeland and beyond!  Our youth group has young people from at least seven school districts.

The parking lot surrounds the church with handicapped parking accessible from the 68th Street driveways.  There are three entryways that you can use where  greeters will meet you at the door and can help point you in the right direction.

We provide a nursery staffed with volunteers from the congregation that ensure your little ones a safe and enjoyable atmosphere while you worship.

Our sanctuary is newly renovated and offers a worship experience that blends the traditional and the contemporary.  With hymns, contemporary worship music and the latest multimedia we worship the God of grace.  With biblical preaching, traditional and modern litany and a variety of worship elements we come humbly before the Lord God Almighty.

Children 3-years old through 1st grade are dismissed for their own time of “Children’s Worship” in the basement shortly before the message.  Their worship consists of singing, a Bible story, a craft, and prayer time.

After worship, refreshments are served and Sunday school classes are offered each week.

More information about Woodhaven can be found at our welcome center located just outside of the main center doors of the sanctuary.

Finding a church home can be intimidating, but those who visit Woodhaven often comment on how they feel welcome and at home as they bring their family into the presence of God.
